Top down approach getting to discuss the job position with multiple levels of the organization ensuring it’s not only a fit for the company but one for the employee. Different parts of the organization participated: HR, Operations, and executive group.
Very easy and straight forward. I did two interviews. 1 with the Hr director and my direct boss. Then another virtual with 4 senior leadership. I definitely appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
