A Kenexa Recruiter saw my resume on one of the job boards and emailed me. I responded and then I was called to do a phone screen. Some questions that were asked:
What is your candidate ratio to hire? My answer: 1 in every 3 submitted get hired.

You have to take a psychological sales test before getting an interview. Once you complete the exam and you pass, a Corporate Recruiter will contact you and set you up for an interview with the hiring manager.
