Applied through university career center. Got in the interview with a sales manager and design manager. The process is relaxing, and there wasn't any difficult questions. Holding strong ethics is very important though

Phone screen then a video interview. One-hour interview with two Kennametal employees. Pretty basic questions about my skills and goals. Interview was stiff and didn't flow well but that could be my fault.
