I was sent out an email explaining that a department on campus was hiring and interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter. I did so and came to the interview. There were five people present, all admins in the department, who asked various questions (detailed below). They were sweet and professional, and emailed me their decision a few days after the interview to offer me the position and set up a start date.

How well do I know the campus, especially the locations of important offices like the Registrar, Financial Aid, advising offices for different majors on campus, department offices, etc.
Since we have multiple programs in our department, if someone from Program X gives you a project and someone from Program Y gives you a project, will you be able to juggle both projects effectively? At what point will you let us know you're overworked?
