Please do better, Kentro TA team. This is a bad look for your team and it's a bad look for your company. Especially during a time when so many recruiters are claiming they do not use AI to make hiring decisions. At the very least, please align your internal workflows so when your ATS system pre-screens and auto-rejects candidates, those candidates don't receive follow up application requests after the dreaded news.
