Went to a job fair and spoke with a few different department managers who gave basic information about each department and overall about the hospital. I applied online and then was contacted by a recruiter who then recommended I attend the job fair, which I did.

Applied on a Monday. Received a call from HR on Tuesday for phone interview on Thursday with HR. Phone interview lasted about 10 minutes. Asking brief questions like salary expectation, tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a patient, etc. Got a call from nurse manager one hour later to set interview for Friday. Got offer the following Monday.
