I participated in a somewhat-standard recruiter screening followed by a rather awkward interview with the hiring manager, who was almost ten minutes late, talked about himself for five minutes straight (and how he could do the job in his sleep), and then proceeded to appear visibly distracted a few seconds into each of my responses. I'd avoid this role like the plague.
