Phone interview followed by an in-office. In-office consists of two one-on-one interviews then a group presentation. The group presentation is very open-ended and allows for people to display their creativity and communication skills. The one-on-one interviews are far more related to skills possessed and work experiences. Important to display an ability to think creatively and to attack complex problems with an intelligent methodology
