I went through 4 rounds of interviews for this position. The first was a screening by HR, was ok and the HR was helpful. Followed by interview by 2 people. After this I did not hear back for close to 1 month. I made it through and was told to discuss a post campaign brief during the interview with 2 people. After another month, I heard back that I made it through to the last round with a VP. It went well and I waited 1.5 months and asked for updates twice before they sent me a rejection email due to lack of experience. It was a waste of my time and honestly the lack of updates during the process was astounding. If I had made it past 2 rounds with colleagues/managers, surely my experience was not the issue? Would not recommend applying here.
