3 stages interview. third is a presentation task in addition to discussing some client data. interviewers generally very kind and relaxed. I still haven't finished my 3rd stage that's why I put no into receiving an offer. Compensation relatively low

Colloquio
It was an easygoing first round. Second round consisted of talking to more team members, and a marketing exercise. This was followed by a skills assessment and talking to more team members. Very pleasant company to talk to.

How do you manage conflict while working on a team?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Kepler Group (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di nov 2023
Colloquio
First stage - 30 minute video call with a member of HR, was very nice and kind
Second stage - 30 minute video call with two other analysts, very similar questions to first stage
Third/final stage - 1 hour in-person interview in their office with two more senior employees. Included two tasks, first was a presentation about programmatic advertising and the second was a data analysis task. You can present the data analysis task however you like. After presenting each task the interviewers ask questions regarding it to test your understanding further and then more questions about how you like to work and be supported. As a graduate this made Kepler feel like a more supportive working environment for those in their early careers, which is something I was particularly looking for. Prior to arriving, I was told to check in with the office buildings' reception, however, when I got there I was told they did not have contact with Kepler so I had to email them to let them know I was there.
Almost a week after my final stage interview, I received an email saying I wasn't successful without any feedback. I emailed back to ask for feedback/areas to improve. I don't think this is unreasonable or unexpected as this would be very useful for someone in the early stages of their career who invested time in interviewing, preparing presentations and travelling into their office. However, I received an automatic email back saying I don't have permission to contact that email anymore. It was the same email that I'd emailed previously, therefore I feel my email was blocked upon rejection. This has distorted what I had previously thought of Kepler as being a supportive work environment for those in the earlier stages of their careers.
