Applied through Handshake and had the interviews mid 2025. The first part was individual live coding interviews focusing on data manipulations and DSA. After 3 of them was the panel interview for 5 hours (4 employees + one hiring manager) basically testing the same level of coding questions. Over the 7 interviews there was never any background fit or behavorial questions which made me wonder if it means the company doesn't care about any personality aspect except from coding skills. The recruiter only emails you to schedule the next round but doesn't give you any context or background of what to expect.
