I went through three rounds of interviews: 30min phone interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist, 30min phone interview with Repair Department Supervisor, and 4hour on-site interview with two engineering managers, one technician, and one repair department supervisor. First round was a live phone screening where I was asked about my background and the amount of manufacturing I was exposed to. During the first round, I tried to ask technical questions but the interviewer could not answer. During the second round, I was asked generic questions: What are your strengths, discuss a challenging situation you resolved, use three words to describe yourself, why did you apply to this position. Towards the end, I was asked what sequence would I set 5 types of services from highest priority to lowest. For the third round, I visited on-site and had individual interviews and was given a 15min tour of the facility. I never received any contact information from my interviewers. After one week from the interview, I contacted the Talent Acquisition Specialist about an application timeline and potential feedback. They replied with a generic rejection letter.
