It was a long and drawn out process. I applied online on the 1st of October and the assessment center took place in April. Personality and Judgment test, maths and verbal reasoning and a video interview - all fine, typical and what you might expect. Assessment Centre took place in London, consisted of a welcome dinner with two assessors, presentation on a case study, group task and interview. I wasn't selected as a candidate, but it was a very enjoyable experience, great recruiters, very fair process and deserving high caliber applicants.
Interview was purely competency based, which was difficult because I hadn't prepared as well as I should and was intimidated by the sophisticated work experience the other candidates had, as I had more common retail experience.
Poor Website, all candidates believed we had applied to Kerry Group, not specifically Kerry Foods.
