Headhunt by recruitment agency followed by screening interview, aptitude tests then two rounds of interviews. The first, bahvioural based the second a presentation on what you'll do in the role on your first 90 days in the role. Recruitment agency really pressed hard on any weaknesses to see how you cope under pressure. A lot of work went into the interview and it felt like a long process.

Long process! 1.5hr telephone interview, followed up with a face to face interview, then third stage I had to do a presentation to 3 people and lastly, I had to do a couple of the SHL tests.
