Had a preliminary interview with the HR recruiter and then followed with Zoom interviews with direct manager, co-worker and CHRO. All seemed positive, took about an hour each and no follow up questions. Have all the experience that was sought, but maybe too much experience. A week later got the standard "we have decided to pursue another candidate". Frustration is that I got nothing to use to correct, improve or explain. Realize that decisions are made, but give the candidate some insights for them to improve or just to explain "why not me".
