I first interviewed with a panel of three, the production head, quality head and HR representative forthe first stage. Then after passing that I had an interview with the MD and the HR representative to discuss the terms of employment and thats after the MD has done his small interview. It was a fair interview and the panel was very friendly. They were also quick with their responses.
