You are asked to come in to be interviewed with HR. If you pass that interview, then you come in again to speak with the director. If you pass that interview, they call you in again to teach to one of their classes. After my interview with the director, she told me right then and there that she would like me to come back and teach to a group of students. She told me she would be in touch to schedule a day and time the next week. After waiting a couple of days, I contacted HR and they said they did not have me on the list. Later on, I got a rejection email. It's really unprofessional to even say in person that you have passed to the next level and then later change their mind. If they weren't that sure, the director shouldn't have said anything at all. Extremely unprofessional.
