I applied online and received the virtual tryout link in an email the next day.
I completed the virtual tryout and the next day received a call to schedule a phone interview.
The phone interview went well I think, I was VERY nervous as this was my first phone interview (I had previously only worked for small companies)

The first part is a phone interview. You speak to a recruiter who asked some simple questions about previous experience. Afterwards you are scheduled for an in person interview with the branch manager.

It was an online interview. It was very informative, although once I got the position I felt as though it was inaccurately portrayed to me. Other than that, the interview process was pleasant.

Preliminary interview over the phone. Their recruiting team was professional and friendly over the phone. Asked me about my work prefreneces, asked to described a few difficult work experiences I have had and how I was able to work through them, and explained the benefits they offer to employees. They followed up with in a day to schedule an in person interview.
