First a phone screening, then and in person interview. Questions seemed all over the board and got a feeling some of them didn't know what was going on. Not very clear on the benefits they provided either.

I believe I had a total of 5 interviews including the initial recruiter.
1. Recruiter
2. Manager (phone)
3. Manager again (phone)
4. Direct team members (phone)
5. In-person with Manager, then the extended team, then lunch with manager and his boss.
It seemed like a fairly common interview process. There were some job related questions, but they were trying to get a feel for your investigative process and how you would deal with an issue.
It was mentioned many times that KeyBank does segregation of duties and tasks are very siloed. They wanted to make sure that I was OK with not being able to do everything.
Several of the people during the extended team interview had been with the company many years, over 25 years for one of them.
