I applied online, and a few weeks later a recruiter reached out to me for a phone interview. After that, the recruiter passed on my info to the Overland Park office and they scheduled an in-person interview. It was a panel interview with three employees and a quick job shadow afterward.

Relatively straightforward interview process that included managers on the team. A preliminary phone call and subsequent in person interview were conduct with a panel of three or four. Questions were not overly technical, seemed more about fit and work ethic

Colloquio
The interview process took about 2 weeks from applying to the in person interview. I had applied on their website, received a call within a week and then a few days later was asked to come to Olathe for an in person interview. The in person interview was pretty casual, and very quick. Asked basic behavioral type questions, showed me the system, and then I sat with someone in the position to observe and ask questions.
