Applied online, using a former co-worker as a referral. Was called by HR at HQ for a phone interview shortly after. Received notice within a few days I was granted an in-person interview. Met with the hiring manager for about an hour. Questions were not technical, more a relaxed chat, went over my prior work experience and what my future goals were, why I was looking, why interested in this position.
