They set up my phone interview time in the wrong time zone. Called me while I was working and could not pick up. Made it sound like it was my fault in the email correspondence following. And now I have to wait three days for the soonest available appointment. A bit frustrating.

Pretty standard recruiter interview followed by in person.
In person looks for body language, confidence, conversation skills. We will be treated well unlike Wells Fargo. I had a panel interview me. They do ask about existing offers. We have to be honest.
