I had to fill out a application online and then wait for a recruiter to call. When the recruiter called they asked some questions over the phone, Tell me about yourself, ects. They then scheduled an appointment. The interview was basically, situational. Then they let you know that the information would be passed on to a Branch Manager, it would be there decision to call you for an interview.
