Phone interview with HR followed by a zoom interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews went well. Received no response regarding the status after several weeks and several follow-up emails. Ghosted. I think it’s very unprofessional to operate this way especially after both interviewers gave openly positive feedback during the interviews. The least you could do is send a rejection email.
