I attended a 5 round interview process at KeyValue Software Systems, which included an aptitude test, programming round, buildathon, technical interview, and HR round. The overall process was lengthy and demanded significant time, and effort. During the HR round, I was clearly informed that the final result selection or rejection would be communicated via email within one week. However, even after waiting for more than three weeks, I received no response at all. Later, I learned that candidates from other colleges had already received their results, which made the silence even more discouraging. The complete lack of follow-up and closure felt like being ghosted after investing so much effort. Even a simple rejection email would have been appreciated.

Campus interview : First round was the coding round with dsa questions. Second round was a 4 hour hackathon where you are given a topic. After the shortlist there was a technical and HR round as well.

There were 4 rounds in total. Coding round, Project round, Technical Interview, HR Interview. Coding round contains 2 problems , one was a sliding window problem, another was strong manipulation.
