All of the candidates in my university were called to join the interview at the same day which they referred it as their career day. The event started with a welcome speech then a presentation about Keyence. The interview was in group of 2 or 3 with an interviewer. A few interviews occurred at the same time. Some people had their interview more than an hour while some only about 15 minutes.

Interview was fully based on personality, communication and presentation. Situation based questions were asked(try to convince the interviewer that theatre is better than ott for eg) and not much technical or core questions were asked.
