I got a digital interview invitation from HireVue 3 days after I submitted a CV and cover letter. I was given 3 days to complete it in my own time. It may be awkward if it is your first time doing such interview, but it is convenient and efficient. Make sure you do the practice questions, it will help you get the settings right and ease your nerves.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
