Bennett Mechanical aptitude test, then an automated video interview.
I was excited at first but realize that I dislike the idea of answering prerecorded questions by myself with no interaction. It just felt unnatural I think that this is a good way to save time of hiring staff but will allow good candidates to slip through the cracks.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
