I was first requested to fill out two aptitude tests online. One was a technical one (basic mechanics, nothing difficult) and the other was a psychological evaluation - Caliper.
After doing those I was asked to come to an interview at their Missisauga Office. The interview was with three people. One HR guys, one Japansese guy that didn't say much and one guy Skyping in from Montreal.
The interview was unremarkable. There were no open ended questions though, mostly just asking about my experiences on my resume and about my interest in the job (are you willing to relocated, do you like sales etc.).
They asked me to come for a second interview where I would have to role-play as a sales rep and pitch one of their products to them.
I later decided I didn't want to work for Keyence so I emailed them back declining the second interview.

Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
