First step is to do a personality questionnaire. After that, the interview is an online, pre-recorded style that you complete from home. If you haven't done many or any pre-recorded interviews, make sure to practice as they can feel quite different from an in-person interview.

It was mostly the usual type of expected questions. Some about IT, some about personality. No strange or trick questions.

Did an online interview with recorded answers, not very meaningful in my opinion.
They got back to me asking me for an on-site interview, they bought plane tickets and all that, I got ready buying a $250 suit. Less than 24 hours before I was supposed to fly they called and cancelled my interview. Because someone accepted their offer late they had to cancel the backup(me).
Don’t know what to say about a company that does that kind of shady stuff.
