Applied online in November. Was asked to take a numerical test, which I completed shortly after. I was told that I passed the test and that I would be contacted for an interview. Weeks pass and nothing happens, I call them and they say they don't have interview slots until January. Suddenly I am invited to a recruiting day in December, with other people that didn't take the test. So after doing another test, I am received by a Japanese man that says the interview will only last 10 minutes because he wants to get lunch. Wasn't even listening to what I was saying. Got an email 3 weeks later saying I was rejected. Very disappointed by the hiring process, you expect a professionality you don't show.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.
