Terrible company to interview with and highly ineffective. It first started when a recruiter contacted me saying my sales experience and engineering background would make me a good candidate for this job. After applying I took a mechanical aptitude test which consisted of 68 questions to be answered in 30 mins. I took that and scored a 90% and moved on to the next part. I then had a 15 minute interview to see if I really wanted to get into sales. I did very well with that part as I have a heavy background in sales and know what to expect. I was then sent the personality test and did well on that and moved on to the HireVue interview. One of the questions I don't think I did very well which regarded micro-managing. After researching more about this company, unless you are willing to work 60 hour weeks continuously, don't mind 100+ cold calls each day, don't mind driving 6+ hours a day, and having management breathing down your neck then don't apply. The interview process is a disaster and takes too long.

It was difficult but if you study and know the product, you should do well. I ended up getting the job but it also depends on the location that you want to be in for the position.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
