You will be asked to take a test and if you pass there are up to 6 rounds with different executives from different countries. It's fun and challenging, however you have to be ready for different questions, sometime even role plays. One of them may or may not be your future manager. You're competing with a lot of people and they pick the best ones. Or at least they used to :-)

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
