The hiring process is very to the point. This is a company that knows exactly what they're looking for. Start off with a basic physics test that you take online. Then you go ahead and do an online interview, and personality assessment. When that is all set and done and if you are selected to go to the next process you do an in person interview and you have to sell them one of their products. Great interview process.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
