Many interviews where final decisions are taken by people with zero feeling about the candidates. I'm very disappointed that candidates have to go through many different tests and interviews and it all comes down to someone incompetent to do HR.
Long process, took a 2 weeks in between the quiz and second interview. Steps included:
- Screening phone call
- Skills Assessment (30 mins, 30 questions), physics grade 12 level questions
- Interview with talent acquisition rep

This is from early 2000’s. Multiple interviews to include pretend phone call to test customer service skill. Had to answer questions without company background. It was over multiple days and the first time in that location
It was very long.. they required also a tests to fill in before the interview. Each interview round lasted for an hour and the last round of interview was with the CEO
