2 steps: one with the consultant head hunter and the other with the team leader and the sales manager. First part really easy: it was just a preliminary check if your competencies will be in line with the requirements. The second part could be harder because it is a standard to test also your stress management: Keyence people will do lot of tricky questions about your former career: "I saw on your CV that you have a Engineering degree: we do not want employee with a Enginering degree. Why did you apply?"

Besides all the questions regarding what I want from my job and what I want for my future, there was the request to sell them something (in my case a mobile phone) in order to prove them my sales ability.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
