3 rounds, first caliper and bennet test, second was selling a product by skype and final one was selling some products from skype but in hard level, I wasnt well prepared for the last round so i didnt get the job, but if you will see some sell-videos on youtube you will prepage enough, It is a lot about asking open questions. I was a graduate from BUT.

This interview process it's a poor excuse for streamlining an interview process. If the company has the time to review these recordings, they should take the time and hold the initial interview and hold an interactive Skype interview. This especially seems ironic when you are recruiting for a face to face sales role.
