I learned about Keyence through a military hiring conference (Orion) and Interviewed with Keyence HR reps. I did well and was invited to step 2 which was unique. I had to answer questions and record a video online, then submit for review. A couple of weeks later I was invited to Los Angeles (I was interviewing in Seattle for a local position). I interviewed with the Sales Manager. I had to give a presentation on one of their products and then role play (sell me this pen). Eventually they decided to hire another candidate.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
