First interview was basically just an info session group meeting. The recruiter gives a presentation on the company and the position, then opens it up for questions at the end. Everyone then received a link to complete a HireVue interview that was 5 simple behavioral questions. I didn’t love that there wasn’t really an opportunity to have an actual conversation with the recruiter before they eliminated candidates for the next round (role-play interview).

There will be a career day where they have a Q/A for final round applications which then moves into a behavioral interview and a role play. Each have two interviewers on it, however mostly only one will talk.

You ask your questions about the company and role first and then the recruiter asks a lot of questions. It feels like rapid fire and there isn't much feedback. I wish there wasn't so many questions.

Initial interview through teams, flown to Chicago for final interview, do a role play, and a final interview. Overall, probably one of the best interview experiences I’ve had with a company. They truly value the talent they’re bringing on board.
