I applied online, was contacted via recruiter and was asked to take a physics test, next step was phone interview, very straight forward. Moved on to Hirvue interview, your answers are recorded, similar to Skype, but no one on the other end. Next was a Caliper personality test. This is where my journey ended.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
