3 stage interview process. First stage is an online video interview pre recorded of why you believe you would be good in sales. 2nd interview a group interview and a 15 minute individual interview with a mock sales phone call role-play. The interview process up to this stage was slightly challenging but overall a good experience however upon passing both first and second stage interviews I booked in for my final in person interview at the office in Manchester. On the day of the 3rd interview they cancelled on me due to a manger being unwell. After this they asked for other dates I can do which I provided however since then I have never heard back from them. Tried ringing them multiple times including leaving a message for them to call me back regarding application, emailed twice to follow up and heard NOTHING BACK!... I wouldn't normally mind however I spent a long time jumping through hoops for them including completing both a Bennet test, psychometric test, and 2 interviews. If this is how they treat potential applicants I wouldn't imagine they treat there employees very well. I'm not delusional how recruitment works however I think a small phone call/email would have been good to let me know where I'm up to considering they cancelled the interview and Not me... Further I got to the final stage of the process and spent a lot of time on the interviews both preparing and attending.
