The process includes. 1. Phone interview with HR ( Phone Call) 2. Assign a take-home assignment (Canditech web platform) 3. Behavioral Questions interview ( Microsoft Teams), expect to meet with 4 groups of people, each group will have 2 people interviewing you.

Talk with recruiter: Take home assessment. 2 hrs give or take. ------------------------------------------------------------------ If you dont have the experience, it wont matter how you do on the assessment. The assessment itself is easy, but time consuming.
