Contacted by a recruiter after two days of applying. Interview was for the following day. I’m so disappointed that I have not heard back from anyone. I hate being in the dark. It’s not fair to applicants to not receive any form of communication regarding their status. A few people I know who didn’t get the position —received a call immediately. I contacted the recruiter several times and I’ve been left on read. HR needs to do better. We take the time out of our day to prep and interview and the least you could do is follow up in a timely fashion.

I thought interview went well, but apparently I didn’t answer the questions correctly. They are looking for a very specific person or someone that gets referred. If you would like a position with company you will need a current employee to refer you.
