At first it was super easy. Met with both HR and Warehouse manager. They both made me believe they wanted me to start, and I was excited to begin working there. After I left, I never heard back from HR. I finally called after a few days and HR told me they'd call me back the next day. ( Never did) I called them back yet again. HR said they apologized, blah blah blah and would call me back in Monday, (AGAIN NEVER DID). I continued to call almost daily, I emailed all email addresses I could find. NO RESPONSE. I was told this is a family oriented company and prides themselves on this. With my baby now due any minute, AND ACTIVLY KNOWING more than several possible positions I qualify for were open, and ACTIVLY knowing someone who works there struggling every day due to low motivated people and 1 person doing their share of work in addition to the slack could use my help. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, lack of communication and lack of availability, it seems to me that I SHOULD have been offered any job there, HANDS DOWN because I did more work trying to get hired there than the actual ENTIRE HR department did not even explaining why I couldn't start.

There was a phone screening, then a personality test that was relatively quick. Interview was done over teams. Atmosphere was relaxed and polite. Full process took 3 rounds over the span of 2 months.
