The interview meeting had a duration of 10 minutes and it got pushed back twice, one of the times it got postponed 1 minute before the actual interview. I assume they had someone else who they preferred over me from the start, but if that was the case I don't understand why they still considered me for the position... I got an email later saying i was rejected with no further feedback. I got no transparency and no reply when I asked them about their feedback. The company seems to have good reviews on Glassdoor, so its a shame that the HR department utilizes such tactics.

We had a nice talk via zoom with average questions, about my education, experience and my current job. They described the position requirements but offered me the minimum salary via unemployment programs.
