My interview experience was very positive, with friendly interviewers, clear questions, and a welcoming atmosphere. I felt comfortable sharing my skills and left feeling valued, respected, excited, and genuinely encouraged.

The pre-interview process was good, then it became too much. This was for a tax position with Intuit. Literally, their people were calling, texting and email 3-5 times a day. It became intrusive. I disrupted a vacation to do time consuming case study for the role. They didn't get me a time that worked for me. I took a number of telephone calls in middle of my trip. I had an unexpected personal glitch and they made no effort to reschedule. They kept calling and calling with no new information. It was very sales-y. After the interview, there was one more sales-y call and then RADIO SILENCE. NOTHING. It's one month later. Nothing. No feedback. Zip zero. When someone spends hours preparing a case study on vacation, the worst a company can do is let them guess they didn't get the role. An automated email is considered minimum standard. This was subprofessional. I dodged a bullet. Stay away from Kforce and Intuit.
