I was reached out by a third party recruiter and then an actual company recruiter did my screening and pushed my application forward. When it came time to schedule my interview, i replied to the email with the time that worked upon their schedule but never heard anything back after & i followed up twice. Very unprofessional to not reply and ghost a candidate. Waste of time. They work 50-60 hr weeks from what i was told too.
