The initial interview in the office was great. I spoke with quite a few people and they created a great experience. After the in office interview, they had me come back for a shadow session and this is where they lost me. I met with you employees and was completely ignored. I learned nothing about the job because the employees were too interested in gossiping. Also, when asked what about the least favorite part of the position, each employee listed a laundry list of challenges and when asked about the best part, they each took a long time to answer and gave me superficial answers. Dead giveaway that they do not really enjoy the work.

I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.

They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
