Wow so the recruiter tells me that itll be good job for me. I get there and they barely even looked at my resume and essentially told me no it's not a fit with me and one of them was so condescending it was crazy! I prepared for the interview so much only for it to be 15 mins of them telling me all the reasons why I shouldn't bother with this postion.

I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.

They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
