They have you come in and interview with three different employees in the company and then your second interview you get toured around the office and talk to more people. The third interview is with the supervisor and can be quite intimidating if you're new to this industry.

I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.

They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
